The service

spesh is a workspace for AI-visibility operations: public technical checks, mention tracking, grounded drafts, and CMS publishing. Paid delivery, if any, is scoped in a separate agreement.

Measurements

A visibility score is recorded only from live provider responses. Simulated rows and fail-closed provider errors are labeled and are not a live score. Google AI Overviews are live only when a SERP provider key is configured. Gemini or OpenAI approximations are labeled fallback. Technical audits describe the public pages Spesh could fetch, not a guarantee of rankings.

Accounts

You are responsible for passwords, invite links, and CMS credentials you connect. Do not upload secrets into knowledge documents. You need rights to the sites and claims you ask Spesh to publish.

Acceptable use

Do not use the tools to attack sites, bypass access controls, submit other people's personal data without a reason, or present simulated output as a live measurement.

Content and publishing

Drafts require human review before CMS publish. You approve claims. Spesh does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice, and generated copy can be wrong.

Liability

The free tools are provided as-is. Counsel should insert the liability cap, warranty disclaimer, governing law, and venue that match the operating company. Until that language is added, do not treat this page as the customer contract.
